The Company has been notified that on the 19th December 2012 Sir William Wells, a director of Dods, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company at a price of 4.75 pence per share. Following the transaction, Sir William Wells in now interested in 945,000 shares representing 0.3 per cent of Dods' issued share capital.
