SuperGroup PLC (the "Company") was notified on 29 September 2010 that Mr Ken McCall, Non-executive Director, had on the same day acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1183p each to be held in his SIPP.
Accordingly Mr McCall has an interest in 5,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing approximately 0.006 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
