Director/PDMR Shareholding

LondonMetric Property Plc (the "Company") was notified on 13 March 2015 of the following Director/PDMR dealings:

· Patrick Vaughan, Chairman of the Company, disposed of 1,060,497 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 160 pence per Share. The disposal reduces Mr Vaughan's total interest in the Company to 15,277,500 Shares, which represents 2.43% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and

· Mark Stirling, a Director of the Company, and Karen Stirling, his wife, together disposed of 36,000 Shares at a price of 159.44 pence. Mark Stirling subsequently purchased 62,457 Shares at 160.08 pence per Share which increases Mr Stirling's total interest in the Company to 1,618,574 Shares, representing 0.26% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

All dealings were transacted on 13 March 2015.
