The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Seema Bains, Partner Director, disposed of 262,746 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.02 per Ordinary Share on 4 August 2021; and
· Michele Cicchetti, Partner Director, disposed of 184,999 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.02 per Ordinary Share on 4 August 2021.
