HALF OF THE AWARD WILL BE SUBJECT TO A PERFORMANCE CONDITION MEASURED FROM 1 JANUARY 2014 TO 31 DECEMBER 2016 AND HALF OF THE AWARD WILL BE SUBJECT TO A PERFORMANCE CONDITION MEASURED FROM 1 JUNE 2014 TO 31 MAY 2017. THE AWARD WILL BE EXERCISABLE FROM 1 JUNE 2017 TO 6 MARCH 2024.
