10p Ordinary Shares each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") under the

Company's dividend reinvestment programme on 14 May 2012, the

interest of Peter Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, now

stands at 396,799 Shares, being 0.24% of the issued share capital of

the Company.
