Directors' Shareholding
The Company has received notice, that Simon Jackson, a director of the Company, has exercised options over 10,500 ordinary shares of 1p each at an exercise price of 140p per share. In addition, Simon Jackson has transferred 12,500 ordinary shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension. Following this exercise of options, Simon Jackson's beneficial holding in the Company will total 35,500* shares representing approximately 0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
* shares are held in Mr Jackson's Self Invested Personal Pension.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 10,500 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 3 June 2008.
