Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (the "Company") announces that Andrew Rashbass, Chief Executive Officer, exercised deferred bonus share award options over 19,175 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 4 January 2019.
Andrew Rashbass sold 9,012 Shares in order to settle the resulting tax liabilities. In addition, he transferred 10,163 Shares to his wife, J Rashbass, on 8 January 2019.
