Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities received ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company on 28 March 2022 at a price of £1.1014 per share due to a percentage of their base salary being deferred into shares for two years under the Rolls-Royce Incentive Plan, as set out in the remuneration policy approved by shareholders at the 2021 AGM.
