The Company has been advised that the Directors listed below acquired OrdinaryShares in the Company at a purchase price of ‚£1.86 per Ordinary Share throughthe iimia Investment Group Share Investment Plan which has been approved by theInland Revenue. The shares were purchased by the Trustee on 6th April 2006 andallocated to SIP members on 11th April 2006.
