NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was notified on 31 July 2019 that the Chairman of the Company, Richard Eyre CBE, a person discharging managerial responsibility (‘PDMR’), transferred 65,000 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in the Company to his wife, Sheelagh Eyre, a person closely associated with him, on 31 July 2019. Following this transaction, Richard Eyre CBE remains interested in a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.12% of the Company’s issued share capital.
