The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 31/10/2013 at 18:15 under RNS No. 9353R.

Following this transaction, the shareholding of Keith and persons connected to him is 3,992,986 Ordinary Shares not 3,992,686 Ordinary Shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Company was informed on 31 October 2013 that Keith Rogers, a Director of the company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 30 October 2013 at a price of 165p per ordinary share. 

Following this transaction, the shareholding of Keith and persons connected to him is 3,992,986 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
