Following this acquisition of shares, PhilipLeech is now interested in 1,594,447 Ordinary Shares representing 0.75% of thecurrent issued share capital of the Company. Thomas Walsh, Group Finance Director of Terrace Hill, purchased 10,000 OrdinaryShares on 31 October 2007 at a price of 72 pence per share.
