NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTOR/PDMR
MIAMI (August 3, 2010) - On August 2, 2010, Carnival Corporation & plc was notified that Robert H. Dickinson, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Cruise Lines and a member of Carnival Corporation & plc's boards of directors, sold 40,000 shares of Carnival Corporation common stock ("Shares"), which he held indirectly registered in the name of Dickinson Enterprises Limited Partnership, on the New York Stock Exchange on August 2, 2010 at a weighted average sale price of US$35.4397 per share.
Following this transaction, Dickinson continues to hold directly or indirectly 90,235 shares.
This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with 3.1.4(R)(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
