NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSON
The Company was notified today that the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) has exercised an option over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc under the Senior plc 1999 Executive Share Option Plan.
Shares deriving from the above exercise of option were subsequently disposed of on 9 March 2009 as indicated below. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
