Zotefoams PLC22 March 2006 Zotefoams plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company was notified today that Mr Eldrett, a director of the Company, sold11,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 March2006 at a price of 77p per Ordinary Share. Following this disposal, Mr Eldrettis interested in 893,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.46 per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital.
