Bermele Plc, a company formed to acquire a target company (or companies) with realisable or developed commercial technologies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, is pleased to announce that Anthony Reeves, non-executive director, purchased 1,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 September 2019 at an average price of 1.26 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Reeves's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
