Man Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 7 September 2021 that the individual listed below, being a PDMR of the Company, was granted an option under the Man Group 2019 Sharesave Scheme to acquire ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company at an option price of 171 pence per share.
