Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons
In accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a) the Company announces that the spouse of Neil Thomson, Barbara Jean Thomson, has today disposed of 604,463 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.7% of the issued class, at 54 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Neil Thomson and his spouse have no beneficial shareholding in the Company.
Neil Thomson (61) and his spouse were shareholders of OST Business Rules Limited, a company acquired by Microgen plc in 2002 at which time the 604,463 disposed shares were received as consideration. The shares have been disposed of by Neil Thomson and his spouse as part of their personal financial planning.
