Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that
(a) Colin Day was allocated 3,707 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of £8.2214 each for a total consideration of £30,477. Colin's total shareholding is now 263,391 shares which represents 0.11% of the Company's voting rights.
(b) Matthew Gregory was allocated 594 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of £8.2214 each for a total consideration of £4,884. Matthew's total shareholding is now 47,265 shares which represents 0.02% of the Company's voting rights.
