Notification of Director's Interests in the Share Capital of GB Group plc
GB hereby gives notice that Richard Law, Chief Executive, was today awarded an option over 125,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in Company. The exercise price of the option is 33.25 pence per share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme) between 27 June 2011 and 26 June 2018.
Following this notification, Mr Law had options over 1,600,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the Company.
