On 21st May 2012, G E Tuppen, an executive director, undertook the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 2.5 pence ('shares') in the Company at 67 pence per share:

·; The sale of 73,932 shares held beneficially 

·; The purchase of 73,932 shares to be held as trustee by an executive pension arrangement

As a result of these transactions there is no change to G E Tuppen's overall holding of shares in the Company which are held as follows:

Beneficial: 2,688,376

As Trustee: 903,432

Total: 3,591,808

% of issued shares: 0.71%
