Cenkos Securities plc has today received notification that on 30 September 2010, Jeff Hewitt, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 106 pence per share. Following this purchase, Jeff Hewitt is interested in 12,830 Ordinary shares representing 0.017 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
