Cenkos Securities PLC19 January 2007 Cenkos Securities plc Director's shareholding Cenkos Securities plc ("Cenkos") announces that it was informed today, 19January 2007, that Andy Stewart, Chief Executive of Cenkos, has transferred500,000 Cenkos 1p Ordinary shares to The Andy Stewart Charitable Foundation atnil consideration, by way of gift. The trust is subject to lock-in restrictionsin respect of such shares similar to those imposed on Mr. Stewart at the time ofthe admission of Cenkos to trading on AIM. These shares represent 3% of Mr. Stewart's holding in Cenkos and reduce hisholding in the company to 16,166,670 shares representing 22.27% of the totalOrdinary shares and B shares in issue.
