INTERNATIONAL BIOTECHNOLOGY TRUST PLC (the Company)
The Company was notified today that Ms Caroline Gulliver, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,000 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 05 August 2021 at a price of 723.8955 pence per Ordinary share. As a result of this purchase, Ms Gulliver's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 9,500 Ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
