Interserve Plc Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified on 9 June 2010 by the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 that the cash dividends paid on 8 June 2010 had been reinvested and used to purchase 17,135 Dividend Shares on 9 June 2010 at a price of 202.00 pence per share.
