Synergy Health PLC ("Synergy" or "the Company")
The Company has today been notified that following the vesting of certain share options awarded to Directors of the Company under the Synergy Healthcare Long Term Incentive Plan 2005 (the "Scheme"), these directors have exercised all of these options. The share options which have vested relate to the earnings per share performance related element of the Scheme for the year ended 28 March 2010. There is also a Total Shareholder Return element which will be assessed in June.
Details of the Scheme awards exercised are detailed in the table below. No shares are being sold.
