Aggreko PLC26 September 2006 Aggreko plc (the "Company") Notification of Interests of Directors 26 September 2006 Mr AC Salvesen has notified the Company today that he has transferred 5,850,000shares in the Company held in his own name (representing 2.17% of the issuedshare capital) to Findrack (Investments) Limited. These holdings still represent a beneficial interest in the Company as Mr ACSalvesen is able to exercise management control over Findrack (Investments)Limited. The total interests of Mr. Salvesen are unchanged at 10,106,075 shares or 3.75%of the issued share capital of the Company.
