GameAccount Network was informed on 20 October 2014 that Dermot Smurfit, a Director of the Company, purchased 28,000 ordinary shares of GBP£0.01 each ("Ordinary Share") at a price of GBP£0.7325 per Ordinary Share on 20 October 2014.

Following the above transaction, Dermot Smurfit's shareholding in the Company is 7,384,075 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.2% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
