The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) has been informed that David Page, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 84,789 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via his SIPP at a price of 11.7p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Page now has a total beneficial interest in 81,267,120 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 14.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
