Director share purchase

Pure Wafer plc ("Pure Wafer" or "the Company"), a provider of high quality silicon wafer reclaim services for many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers as an integral part of their cost control programmes, has been notified that on 11 December 2015, Stephen Boyd, the Company's Deputy Chairman, purchased 40,000 shares in the Company at a price of 188p per share. Following this purchase Mr. Boyd has an interest in 1,540,810 shares in the Company representing 5.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
