SDL PLC ("the Company") was advised that:

Isabel Lancaster, daughter of Mark Lancaster, CEO of SDL PLC, purchased 8,329 SDL PLC ordinary shares at 329.25p per share on 18 August 2014.

As a result of this transaction Mark Lancaster's total holding in the Company including connected persons is 1,346,637 shares representing 1.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
