Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 10 September 2010 the Company was notified that Klaus Michael Vogelberg, Group Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, had exercised that day an option over 13,682 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 134p per share under the terms of The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme.

Mr Vogelberg subsequently sold 7,264 Ordinary Shares on 10 September 2010 at 253.24p p per share.
