ITM Power, (AIM: ITM) the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that on 8 March 2011, Lord Roger Freeman, a Non-Executive Director of ITM Power acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 72.52p per share. Following this purchase, Lord Freeman has an interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
