The Company was notified on 23 December 2009 that John Teeling, the Chairman of the Company, acquired an interest in 200,000 shares on 22 December 2009 and a further 100,000 shares on 23 December 2009. In each case the shares were acquired at a price of 15.0 pence per share. Following the acquisitions John Teeling has a holding of 5,901,650 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
