UK AND INTERNATIONAL SAYE OPTION GRANT TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AND PDMRs

This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4.R.

The following options under The Inmarsat 2005 Sharesave scheme and International Sharesave scheme were made on 18 December 2012 at an option price of £4.59, being 20 per cent less than the average middle market price of the shares derived from the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on the five dealing days prior to the date of invitation.

Mr Andrew Sukawaty 1,960 ordinary shares of €0.0005 each

Mr Rupert Pearce 1,960 ordinary shares of €0.0005 each

Mr Rick Medlock 1,960 ordinary shares of €0.0005 each

In addition, options were granted to the following employees who are deemed to be persons discharging managerial responsibility:-

Mrs Alison Horrocks 1,960 ordinary shares of €0.0005 each

Mrs Debra Jones 1,960 ordinary shares of €0.0005 each

Mr Leo Mondale 1,958 ordinary shares of €0.0005 each
