The Company announces that it received notification on 4 May 2018 of the following dealings in the Ordinary shares of the Company made by a Director of the Company.
On 4 May 2018, Alexander Rupert Fiske-Harrison a Non-Executive Director of Fiske plc sold 16,848 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 78 pence per share, representing 0.144% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale Mr. Fiske-Harrison is now interested in 299,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
