Densitron was notified on 1 July 2013 that Grahame Falconer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 77,612 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 5.75p per share on the same day.
Following the purchase, Mr Falconer holds a total of 442,612 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.64% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
