St. Modwen Properties PLC07 December 2007 St Modwen Properties PLC(the "Company") Director Shareholdings Steven Burke, an Executive Director, exercised 13,240 SAYE share options overthe Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an option priceof £1.25 per share on 18 October 2007.
