The Company announces that it was notified today that on 15 December 2014, Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Director, sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 314.25 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Lawrence has an interest in 465,214 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
