Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 15 December 2015 that Mark Braund, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1 million ordinary shares in the Company on 15 December 2015, at a price of 1.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mark is interested in 6,500,000 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.5% per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
