Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 20 February 2012 that the Cosaraf Pension Fund, a Self Administered Scheme established for the benefit of Farouq Sheikh, the Executive Chairman of the Company, and Haroon Sheikh, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 100,000 shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 138.25 pence per share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, the notifiable interests of Farouq and Haroon Sheikh and their connected persons (as defined by the Companies Act 2006) are as shown in the following table, amounting in aggregate to 13,622,500 Ordinary Shares or 27.47% of the issued share capital.
