The Company has been notified that, on 1 February 2018, Avril Palmer-Baunack sold 600,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 188.2 pence per share.
Following this sale, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 13,813,8551 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
