Ei Group plc (the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
EES Corporate Trustees Limited (the 'Trustee'), as trustee of the Ei Group 2015 Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP'), notified the Company on the 15th December 2016 of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each (the 'Shares') by an executive director of the Company. This formed part of the 2017 offer to all employees for the financial year beginning 1 October 2017, under which the Company gave participating employees one Matching Share for each Partnership Share bought by them up to a maximum value. Partnership Shares were acquired under the rules of the SIP at £1.45 per share. Matching Shares were acquired for no consideration.
