Directors' ShareholdingsThe Company operates a Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") for all eligible employees,including Executive Directors and PDMRs. The trustee of the SIP received afinal dividend in respect of the SIP shares held in trust, and the trusteeutilised the dividend to purchase, on 6 June 2006, additional 'Dividend' sharesfor the benefit of the SIP participants.
