SDL PLC ("the Company") was advised that:

Maria Lancaster a connected person of Mark Lancaster, CEO of SDL PLC, purchased 10,050 SDL PLC ordinary shares at 389p per share on 12 November 2014.

As a result of these transactions Mark Lancaster's total holding in the Company including connected persons is 1,381,187 shares representing 1.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
