Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 10 March 2016, John Redpath, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 4,400 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 573.5 pence per share.
John Redpath now holds a beneficial interest in 8,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
