DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
UniVision was notified today that on 24 October 2008 the Chairman of the Company, Mr Stephen Koo, purchased an additional 7,657,700 ordinary shares of 1p each in UniVision at a price of 0.55p per share.
Following this purchase and his former holdings with Up Sky Investments which is wholly owned by Mr Koo, his total shareholding in the Company is 88,367,700 shares, represents 23.03% of the current issued share capital.
