Synairgen plc (AIM: SNG) has received notification that, on 29 October 2012, Mr Paul Clegg, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 80,000 shares of his shareholding in the Company into his pension plan, held in the name of Wertheim Securities Paul Clegg.
Following this transfer of shares in Synairgen, Mr Clegg's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 204,244 ordinary shares, which represents 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
