Director Shareholding

Notification under paragraphs, 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, on 6 July 2012, 372,500 Trifast ordinary shares have been transferred through a grant of probate to Mr Neil Chapman's wife, Mrs Susan Chapman.

Following this transfer, Mrs Chapman now has a total beneficial interest in 507,500 ordinary shares in the Company, of which, 60,000 ordinary shares are held in her SIPP and the balance in her own name. Mrs Chapman's total beneficial holding represents, 0.47% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this share acquisition transaction, Mr and Mrs Chapman have a combined interest in 1,257,500 ordinary shares representing 1.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
